On-Site Portrait Drawing
Bring live portraiture to your next event and give your guests something they'll actually keep. From weddings to corporate gatherings to private celebrations, I'll set up on-site and create quick, personal sketches in real time; a memory made in front of them, not just for them. It's interactive, it's personal and it's an experience your guests will talk about long after the event ends.
The Experience
On arrival, each guest is greeted and photographed holding a small sign with their name, which becomes the reference used to draw them throughout the event. Portraits are hand-drawn on quality art paper, sized 4x6", and stamped to commemorate the occasion. Finished drawings are ready for guests to take home as they depart, so no one leaves empty-handed.
For larger events, I bring on additional artists (like Hailey of The Tamed Arsonist) and an assistant to make sure every guest is drawn and every drawing is ready on time.
Pricing
Pricing is based on the length of your event and the size of your guest list, and includes the artist's time, an artist assistant and a keepsake photo for each guest. A custom quote is put together for every event based on:

Keepsake Finishing Options
Every portrait includes a Standard Finish, presented in a clear protective sleeve, tied with twine, ready for guests to take home. For a more elevated presentation, upgraded finishing is available:

Branded Keepsake — mounted into a paper photo holder with easel, sealed in an envelope with a personalized sticker (to be provided by you)

Keepsake Wrap — mounted on handmade paper, wrapped in vellum, and tied with hand-dyed silk ribbon in colours to match your event

Heirloom Seal — the full keepsake treatment: handmade paper, vellum wrap, silk ribbon, tucked into a handmade envelope and finished with a wax seal

I'll put together a custom estimate based on your event size and finishing preferences
3. Book with a deposit
A non-refundable deposit secures your date on the calendar
4. Event day
I arrive, set up and bring the live portrait experience to your guests
5. Final payment
The remaining balance is due following the event, adjusted for final guest counts

Portraits are limited to a maximum of 2 people per drawing

Refund Policy
Because event dates are reserved specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable. I encourage open communication throughout the planning process to make sure every detail is confirmed well ahead of your event.
